I ordered this product four years ago - each year I email and attempt to get a refund for an auto charge I never authorized for a product I do not use loaded on a computer I no longer own. This year I figured it would not be a problem as the credit card was expired - but NO! They randomly guessed the new year on the card and whammo - $49.95 this year instead of $39.95 - unfortunately, because it is not an expected expense, it caused my checking account to be negative - at a cost of $32. I am seeking refunds of all of the years I have attempted to contact them - via email and the phone messages no one ever returns.
Seriously... How has there not been a class action lawsuit against this company?
