I applied for a loan online and i received a call from a kevin smith 415-935-5851 who related that i was approved for up to $15,000 for a loan but before i get the loan i had to come up with $1080 to show them that i could pay for my loan and the amount i would have to pay was $179.00 a month. He stated that i had to go to a CVS pharmacy and go get three green dot money pak prepaid cards and deposit the money into all three cards, after doing so i was supposed to call him and give him my card numbers. 15 minutes after doing that i was suppose to have my money deposit it into my savings account along with the money i had put into the money cards. Well being that im struggling and needed the money i proceeded to do what i was advised to do after i did what they ask me to do my money was never deposited into my account, i called back the number and it goes to a message where the person kevin smith from pay day loan american comes out, at first he told me he was from consumer loan america. I kept on calling him and he finally answered at which tim he told me that i have to come up with $990.00 more dollars because alledgely someone had used my information to get pay day loans and did not pay them, so before they could give me the loan i have to do the same procedure get money out and put it in the green dot money pak. I told him he was crazy and i told him that this is a scam and i better get my money back, he told me bullshit youre not getting your money back tough shit. Shame on me for falling for this scam but im in a bind right now financially and needed to pay off some bills so now im deprived of $1080.00 and i believe these people have to be stopped, anything you could do for me will greatly be appreciated.
