I received a message from 313-334-3113 for my husband - they stated his name in full and said he was named a respondent and court action was being taken. He needed to pass on a case # because of this civil investigation to his attorney. They stated there was a restraining order out and he or his attorney had 24-48 hours to respond. I tried to call back the number and every option I chose, I got a message that the option was not working and to try back later. What a bunch of bull! He has done nothing wrong and scammers need to be stopped. You better believe I will be giving them a piece of my mind if I ever get a hold of them.
