I ordered a FREE sample from this company, I was originally told I had 30 days AFTER receiving the product to cancel without being charged when the product arrived it was broken and absorbed into the packaging materials, so I called to inform them of the problem and they (EVE, was her name) said not to worry they would send a replacement and to return the broken package well I'm still waiting for my FREE SAMPLE and I've been charged (after14 days of the original order (when I signed up it said 30 days to cancel and when charged it said 15days and it was really 14days)... Wow what an awesome free deal!!
