I ordered the "free" watch and received the first one in Feb. It is a watch that had been activated. Unfortunately, I did not keep the shipping bag but do have the box it came in.By the time I checked with my credit card company I had another $49 charge and received another watch. My credit card company has filed an appeal. It seems I neglected to read the very fine print when ordering. Safeway needs to know this is being done as customer appreciation.
