I rec'd an email for free samples but i had to pay $2.99 for shipping a month later my bank had a charge from this same company for $97.88. I called the company and the rep said i went to there web site and signed up for their 10 day beauty products and since i didnt call them i was charged $97.88 the phone number is 1-866-216-9336-you wont get far. Once the rep finds out why your calling they hang up on you - for Aura-vie-dont order the free samples or you will lose $97.88 and the samples make your neck and face itch
