Found first fraudulent charges on my CC statement in October under two different names (HealthLeaderMD.com and DIETINSTR) but the same phone number 877-894-3532.in December, two separate charges again DPTS Group and Balanced Media Services with different phone numbers, but if you call them both, you get the same message. Again, both out of TX. Then inm February, they decide to up the two charges to $19.65 each now under LEANINSP and again, Balanced Media Services.
Finally got an operator on the phone named Joyce and demanded I get an answer on when I could have possibly signed up for this, she said I must have ordered free diet pills or something. Absolutely not. She said it was a paid subscription to their online health website which I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR!!! She said she would refund the most recent charges but could not go back and refund the rest. I said this is CRAP and they are shady because they charge under different names and hope no one notices. WHAT A SCAM! She said she would have to send the rest of the request to corporate. I will repost if I actually get my money back.
