I ordered 2 pairs of TOMS from this site, got my confirmation number, and haven't heard anything since. I was unaware of the fact that they're in China, until they charged my account. The only contact info is a hotmail email account, and they refuse to respond to my emails anyway. I've filed a claim with my bank, but that doesn't mean I'll be helped at all. Beware!!
