I have an account with AOL paid by American Express (AMEX) in the name of Teresa Cook and Linda Craig.in November AMEX cancelled the credit card without my knowledge and I was not notified by AOL. Since payment was not made automatically through AMEX, AOL upgrade the subscription from $4.99 to $27.99. AOL wants to charge $27.99 for two previous months that AMEX could not pay, totaling $55.98 and an additional $4.99 for this month. This upgrade was not authorized by either Teresa Cook or Linda Craig. I asked them to charge these amounts to another credit card which I will be disputing.
