On 6 February I received an arranged visit from a representative of Interior Designs who measured my kitchen doors, took a £100 deposit and said all doors were standard and would be no problem. This was not the case as I received a call from the office of Interior Design to say that some of the measurements were missing and would I measure the doors. I declined as I was not going to be held responsible for any errors. After numerous phone calls and promises of a return call - none of which materialised I phoned to cancel the order. I subsequently received an e mail acknowledging the cancellation. I requested the retrun of the £100 deposit. I have written to the Managing Director - no reply. I have sent a recorded delivery letter which has been signed for and still no reply.included in my letter was my invoice for my time and phone calls, hence the total loss of the $703 (£475) I would strongly suggest to anyone wisihng to deal with Interior Design of Rossendale take great care as they have no customer care and cannot even answer letters or phone calls.
