I deposited money to slots inferno online casino and won $2000.00. I requested the payout on March 10. On March 18 they returned the money and said I had to re send the request due to upgrades on the website. It is now April 2 and I have not received anything. When I talked to customer service I was told it is on request and waiting for accounting dept to confirm... I have checked on Ripoff.com and found many other people that have the same problem. You win but never get the money. They take your money but never pay out.
