Ordered two death certificates from the Dept of Health State of Md.
They in turn connected with Vital Chek for the certificates.in the meantime I received an e-mail from Express Legal charging me an additional $100 plus. Their e mail reads as though they are a Md
contractor for the Dept of Health. Anyway when I got my credit card bill I saw where this company charged me $105.74 plus a $4.00 fee for going out of the country. Contacted my credit company and the Dept of Health. Credit card company took them off of my account and the State said they had no dealings with this company.
It is a scam.
