I was charged $98 for a "free sample/prize". I was only to pay $5.98 shipping. No help on any web-site as to how to return it or how to get my money back. I called phone 1-888-380-3519. And the person on the phone told me send email to [email protected] to cancel and get my money back. I email to them and explain I don't like the product. I got two different personal email (Steven Winfield & Joyce Bower @ billing dept) told me no refund back. I told them don't mind if this good product and I can pay this price, but the bottle of the perfume look so cheap and the smell it not great. I told them I really happy to return that product to them. But they did not mention anything. "Your account is now closed. You will not be billed or shipped anything further."
