My original order was on 3/18. I did not receive an invoice for 3 separate charges as follows: $30.78, $315.24 and $209.10. Then I noticed on 3/21 the charges dropped off my bank statement, indicating they had cancelled my order. On 3/26 the charges were noted on my bank statement. To date I have not been able to download the product.initially I was informed that coaching was provided at no additional cost, however when I again noticed the coaching on the internet there was an additional charge. I am now requesting a full refund of the $555.12 charge.
