I tried ringing up HP support for my faulty photosmart HP printer that was always jamming papers. I stumbled into a lady with an indian speaking accent. Who eventually gained access into my computer via TEAMVIEWER and installed a csrss virus on my system. Now i can't delete it off my system. She also access all my personal information on my laptop including my passwords? What should i do please... Can anyone help?..
