My phone rang from the number 855-890-2982 and I answered and immediately a recording came on stating that "This is Arthur Abrams... Calling reference to file #14... I was in contempt of court and the respondent (no name) has taking further action. To resolve press#. I spoke with a Shelley Porter, who advise me that I had taking our a pay day loan with Easy Payday Loan in April and that with penalties and interest the amount now owed is $1334.50. I was advised that this matter was sent to the Justice Center in my city and warrant will be issued for my arrest within 24 hours for defrauding a financial institution and someother charge. I work in finance so this is not something I can have on my record. I started asking questions and she did not have any specific information that she could give me but to say that her company had mailed information after they had receive my file on March 13. I have not received anything as of today and I asked if she could email the information and she advised that she could and as continued to ask more questions requesting information she got a little irritable because the information in reference to my employment was not true, had never heard of the company but she have the last four of my social security number which is scary and my youngest sister's name a reference she stated. I know that I have not and nor will ever use my sister as reference. This is has had me in a frenzy, so I called the warract office in my city to find out if there was a warrant issued for my arrest. This is absolutely crazy.
