My son wanted 4200 points for Easter and they had an offer on for 8400 points for £54.51, so I ordered these.
I received my confirmation email which said check your spam folder! I work in a large company with our own I. T department. I asked the I. T manager to check all folders for my points voucher to which he found nothing.
I have left several mesages on the answer phone for somene to call me back, i have logged a support ticket and emailed them about 10 times. I have had nothing back.
