We purchased an air - cleaning system from Oreck & found it to be faulty, so returned it a couple of days later. They wrote us a receipt stating that the 346.08 would be credited to our master-card. It has not been credited, & they will not return our calls. Can you help us? Don & Vonnie Farmer.
