However, when you call either of these numbers (1-855-441-7912 | 1-877-599-2656) you get individuals who speak very poor English and sound to be Vietnamese or from that part of the world. We have tried to cancel our account only to be told we have no account with them. They claim some other company is using their name to charge our account because it is not them.
