Purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on March 9 delivered on March 14 at a cost of an additional $80.00, plus $60.00 for a warranty. Freezer never got cold, I began to lose meat. Company contacted on March 19 to complain about merchandise purchased. I was set up with an emergency service on March 21. Service technician took the back off, took the freezer apart and stated "Freezer No Good". Store was contacted while the technician was still in my home and I was instructed to come back to the store. This is when I was informed by Mr. Keith Cohen and Mr. Richard Reyes that no refund would be forthcoming. It was my problem that they sold me a USED refrigerator (broken) under the pretense of a brand new appliance. I was then informed that He (Ms. Keith) would not refund my money until he picked up HIS refrigerator and then, only then with an additional ten (10) days would I be refunded any money. There is not even a facade of customer service with this company and I was insulted by the constant grin this so called store manager had on his face. It was funny to him, that he had ripped me off of approximately $1.000. I am also sending a letter to the better business bureau and I will be refunded in full, plus for any and all lost food due to this lack of consciousness by this company.
