After buying from the website, I sent back 2 dresses, one is to exchange to size S and another is to return. Since the exchange is no longer available, they refunded me for that. But as for the returned dress, I still haven't received any refund. I've sent many inquiries since 1.5 month ago, but they kept providing me with half-hearted answer like we'll check and get back to you. They even at one point said that they have refunded me the returned dress and sent me the exchange dress, but the tracking number they provided was for my original order. I explained that to them, and they kept silence ever since. I have also tried calling but somehow always ended up in voice mail. Until now I still haven't received any answer/refund.
