They claim to be a staffing company that certifies you as a bartender/mixologist. I paid $250 for my certification and job placement. They sent me on an interview right away with my certification and a letter of recomendation. When I arrived at the establishment, the manager had never heard of the company and said he didn't speak with anyone on the phone. The girl who hired me at NYC Multi-service group said she spoke with them on the phone and set everything up while I was there. She even made up details of their conversation about me. They do not give a reciept untill your leaving and after they've taken your money. After I embaraced my self by showing up for an interview that wasn't scheduled. I noticed the small print on the bottom of my reciept that says "no refunds at any time."
I desparatelly need a job at this time and they claim to have many immidiatelly available positions. I borrowed the money for this fake service and I feel very victomized. I hope they don't continue to do this to people.
