You have taken £97.82 out of my account, without permission. I received no goods for this amount, and certainly can't afford to GIVE you this amount. Or any other amounts. And I cancel any more transactions as from today's date. Please take no more money, I want no products, and want re-emboursing for the money you have already taken. I hope to hear favourably from you as I am most upset about this ghastly experience.
