I have not applied for any loans with any company in over 5 months, yet somehow I have gotten 3 loan agreement documents all with my virtual signature. I have been in the process of closing my account with Bank of America, but they keep depositing and withdrawling money from it making it impossible to shut it down. I have replied to all of their documents advising that I did not apply for or approve any loans with their company but they have not returned any of my attempts to contact them.
