Collector calls leave no message, threaten court and ask for EBT number

This company, never say, what, who they trying to collect from. They call my cell all the time even put in message, which they never say anything. They threat about taker me to court, because they claim dumb snuff about Georgia law. They even tell me that I am on welfare and they want to know what my EBT debit number.
