In mid january the drain under my home backed up. The raw sewage backed up into my bathroom floor and bedroom floor. The drain was cleared about 10 hours after the first call to the management. The next day i went and met with the man named paul who was the person i was comunicating with through out the drain repair. I told paul that i wanted the sewage removed from under my home and my floor repaired. He said he would have it taken care of. It took the management over two months to treat the ground for the sewage. Now they are denying the drain has done any damage to my floors. My girlfriend is pregnant now and brookside is threatening me with eviction and or not renewing my lease. This is a classic case of a slum lord pushing people around and having now consequences.in october we moved in and was given the speach my the management that they were new and were here to clean this place up. Still to this day the pool area is filled with a broke down green ford truck, broke down boat and a huge dumpster that is over flowing. This is located and the very front of the park interance. This is the site i see out my slidding glass window and back porch. I took a drive through the park and realize that the entire park looks like the pool area.
