Consumer Report

Company sent a check for $600 in the mail. I cashed it and was paying as stated in attached contract. They sent me another check in the mail and after I deposited it and money was in my bank account for five days I spent the money and they stopped payment on the check causing all my spendatures to be overdrawn, I was not notified in any way until all transactions went through the bank two times causing $60 charge on each transaction and then $25 to $50 charge to pick up from stores. I went to the company and asked why, I was given no exolanation but they offered to loan me $3000 to cover expenses 28%interest. I think they are doing this to seniors in an effort to build a big debt that can never be repaid. I refused to pay the first loan any more and was going to sue them. They made an agreement with me that if I would not sue they would erase the first loan and take it off my credit report. Now after they think the statue of limitations is expired, they are suing me for the balance of the first loan plus hundreds of dollars in att. Fees and court costs. Date above is wrong but it would not allow me to enter any other date.
