Booked online with Amazing Lanta, 2 'fast boat' transfers and paid in advance through PayPal. They were to show up at Krabi airport with a sign and our names on it, then transport us via taxi and speed boat to Koh Lanta. They did not show up. I contacted them and they refused to refund our $249.59.
