Unlawfully sent mandating letters for 2013 annual service charge for non-desired services for 2013.

When I declined to pay, Vacation Networks turned my account over to Palomar Associates in carlsbad california for collection.

Vacation Networks FAQs plainly states that annual service charges are for consumers who wish to continue using Vacation Network services-so, if no services are desired, no obligation to pay annual service charges.
