I ordered a free sample and agreed to pay £5.95 carr.
I have just returned from abroad and found £79 taken from my bank account. I telephoned them and was told they would refund £40 but I had to withdraw any complaints. I refused. I have asked HSBC my bank to refund the full amount. I actually cancelled my order on 25/2. I have since had an E mail crediting £40 which I have Emailed back, and declined.
It is clear this is a prearranged scam.
