It’s been almost 2 months since I placed my order from CharmDVD website and until now my Alice DVD set didn’t arrived! They said delivery will take 2-4 weeks! They don’t even answer my phone call and emails! I have been scammed by this BS company and I think they have lots of victims here like me. I went to my credit card company to file a complaint about this company and it’s about time to get even!!! Just file a dispute from you bank and they will return your money back. This site is going down soon! Pathetic company!
