On 11-17-12 I cancelled my phone service by IDT. Now I'm trying to get my (small amt) money back. It's a refund due me. I've called several times and been given the run around—there's been changes in staff or offices—there's no supervisor available—ETC. Etc. I want to warn people that this is happening. Today someone hung up on me.
