This company sent me a W-2 stating I received $14.74. I have never signed any settlement paperwork of any kind, never received and settlement I have never even heard of this company. I have never even been to PA, and I have been working for the same company for past two years and it isn't thiscompany. Let alone they mailed the W-2 to my ex-husbands girlfriends' address. They are illegally claiming they issed money to me and using my social security without my authorization.
