Team Mobile not flexible on polices wont resolve in costomer inter

Carol Mickey tried to use the newer tuch phones. She is a mieldly disabled adult. It was hard for her. We had to bring it back. You have been saying it was to late.
The store was in WEsfield Mall in Fairfield Calif. Why cant you make a better adjustment in her faver?
