They would not pay for a accident because they said my policy was not valid at the time, it was up to date in payment but because i didnt report my mother who is 78 on my insurance because we live at the same resident and she as her own car insurance but when i first got the policy they never asked for that info and I had them for a year, Plus the aduster never followed up on the accident or anything that contain to the accident all he cared about is that the policy was wrong. Thats the first thing he told me when I finally talked to him and know he dont work for the company any more. What should I do and can anybody help me.
