The company representative offers to buy unused timeshare dates. They agree to send you the money within 90 days and offer you an "advertising fee purchase contract". When you don't get that money in 90 days... You cannot file a complaint with your credit card, and the company refuses to refund your money. The services are never rendered and in summation - it's a SCAM.
