In November I saw this dentist. He told me I must have a very expensive treatment. I felt pressured and believed the lie. I agreed to the amount. Then 2 months later I found out he billed me $300 more than I agreed. My insurance overpaid and he was trying to make me pay the difference. I refused and disputed in writing. I never heard anything again for 3 years and thought the problem was fixed. I just pulled my credit report and found out he turned me into collections and has filed against me on all 3 bureaus. I am very angry as this is ruining my credit. He defrauded me in treatment, defrauded my insurance and is defrauding my financial records. STAY AWAY or you will be sorry when he hurts you too!
