I fell for the webpage same as everyone else. Once I'd finished I realized what I had done and immediately fired off a couple of emails to them, one of which referred to them as a scam.
At 7am the next morning (presumably punishing me for daring to complain) I got a phone call from a very unfriendly woman who immediately offered me a refund, then informed me that they were not a scam. She then asked me if there was anything else to do. I replied "change your website so that it's less deceptive", she barked back "I'll get right on that" before hanging up.
Lesson - if you complain quickly and loudly it is possible to get a refund (and yes, the refund actually came through).
