I ordered my items in December on the 7th. I waited two months then sent in a complaint to the company. I was told that they were waiting on some items to come in. So I said okay wait a little bit. Then I sent an email again in February asking where my order was and they said that they couldn't obtain some of the items and would reimburse me for the whole order. And that the check would take two to three weeks. It's been longer than that still no money back and they took my money and ran. So very disappointed. I've ordered from Ben Franklin before and got what I ordered but not this time. The least they could do is send me my money back.
