I opened an investment account with EurexTrade on 31st January. As at 9th February, My account balance with Eurex was $15,047.95 The site had been up and running since the beginning of my account opening in January but suddenly disappeared on 11th February. All attempts to reach out to Eurex support team were not successful.
Would appreciate your help to recover my fund
