My Ex Director received a call from this company and spoke with a Mr. Johnson who stated that they had service papers for me. This was totally humiliating and upsetting knowing that I had nothing out there since I had a complete Criminal Background check on me last year.
Today, when I listen to my voice mail messages I had three calls to call 888—671-4866, I was connnected to a very rude man who did not identify himself. I told he not to speak to me in the tone he did. That I was informed if I received a call from this number to call the Texas Attorney General.
I asked him what the charge was and he informed me a hot check, he gave me a Social Security No., which was not mine! Then told me if I was not such a dead beat and paid my bills he would not be making this call then hung up on me.
