Everyone that has this issue with an authorized withdraw CALL 1-800-209-8397. You need to return the knife and it COULD TAKE UP TO 8 Wks to get your money back. I just called! Oh, and by the way, it's a 30 day trial on the knife and you should read the receipt because this is where they hide the note "you will be charged $88.94 per month". Because when you expect to only pay the shipping for $8.95 or so, this is not the only thing your going to be paying!
