My last bet was in ice hockey
Columbus Blue Jackets - Colorado Avalanche Odd
The match finnised 2:1 after OVER time, but they (UNIBET) calculate like a LOSE
But, this is terms and conditions, taken from Unibet, here clearly reads that results based on the potential over (extra) time!
Unibet terms and conditions
6.18 ice hockey
6.18.1 Settlement of player related bets in match/event/tournament will be based on the result after potential over (extra) time, but not Penalty Shoot Outs, unless otherwise stated.
6.18.2 "Head to Head" and “Over/Under” bets involving the performance of one or more players in the match/event/tournament are considered valid given that all listed players take part in the match/event/tournament at some stage.
6.18.3 All bets referring to aggregated Tournament Totals (such as Goals, Assists, Points, Penalty Minutes, etc) will be settled based on official statistics by the governing association. Unless otherwise stated, cumulative amounts of such bets will include eventual prolongations (e.G. Over Time) but not Penalty Shoot Outs.
So, tell me, why my Beth consider it wrong and why they do not explain me (sending mail) why the breach of the rules they have written?!?
