They solicited me in February saying they will loan me 300.00. The loan would be due on 03/01. I was informed by the operator that if I wanted to pay off in full on that date, to contact them three days before March 1st to set it up.
They sent me an e-mail confirming that 105.00 (interest portion only) would be debited from my account on 03/01. On 03/01 they debited the entire 405 from my account, claimed I had requested it, despite their e-mail that said otherwise.
They took no accountability for any of it, refused to help in any way, but did offer to loan me more the following Tuesday and their minimal interest rate of 30 dollars per 100 borrowed for two weeks.
Do not trust them as far as you can throw them, and customer service means nothing to them. Imho, you would be better off borrowing from a loan shark.
