I went on line to look at a loan, went on to PLF didn't actually take out a loan as i was just looking then a few days later they took £49.99 from my account. They shouldn't be allowed to do this as i say i was only looking at loans and hadn't actually decided if i was going to take one out. So it cost me £49.99 just to look at there loans.
