Signed up on Jan 7th for 1 month free. Used the site sporadically for 1 week only to find it not to my expectations. Allowed a week to pass before attempting to login to cancel account (and sacrifice losing the unused time aka: no refund) and to my surprise my password is no longer effective for no reason!
Have attempted 4 times to reset password - still awaiting email response to reset. Then emailed customer care regarding my dilemma & have not received response.
Since I've been unsuccessful in logging into my account (in order to cancel) I've contacted my credit card company to block any future automatic charges to my card from this "company".
Now I know how they afford such polished advertising - it's from scamming! Do the math - at $87.00 each - and no telling how many people have not reported their being ripped off!!
