I started working for 365 in 2012 and was told I would be making 34 an hour. I worked the first job and everything went well except I was told that I had become a subcontractor on the job. Next I was told to do service calls in AL, and other states. Problem was I was driving hundreds of miles a day with no reimbursement but taking only 30 to 60 minutes to fix the problems and they changed me from subcontractor to piece worker. That way I was only paid to do the job not travel or anything else. Next they told me I would be working in Colorado but minutes from heading there Calvin Dubois told me I was needed in Jackson Ms. I asked him to pay for Per Diem until I found a place to live. He agreed and I was on my way. No Per Diem the first week, second week, third week no Per Diem. Suddenly I am told by Michelle to call the Operations Mgr so I do. He tells me he fired 365 because I didn't show up for a job that 365 didn't tell me to do. Now I call back, no answer from anyone. I had all cell phones, office number and extensions, still no answer. I was now homeless with no money, no job and had to depend on the kindness of strangers. Is this any way for a company to treat employees. Oh and did I mention I had to read and sign an Employee handbook form when I started?
