Consumer Report

My husband and I first inquired about purchasing an english bulldog puppy on the website: bulkybulldogs.net on Thursday, 2/27, and on Friday, 2/28, I received an e-mail from a Chun Murillo of tizzelbulldogshome.net (not noticing the change of websites. It wasn't until 3/1 that I disovered that difference. Which made me later think that Chun Murillo hacked the bulkybulldogs.net website.) So Chun Murillo sent an e-mail describing everything I already knew from the website. We said we were interested in "Colossal" a male puppy. He then sent the price breakdown, wanted us to wire thru ZipZap Global Money $500.00 (which from him and $69.00 to his Shipping agent he uses, once the puppy is delivered). We deposited $500 cash to his acct. Thru ZipZap Global Money. We just get home and found another e-mail, this time from the Shipper, stating another $990 was needed to be deposited explaining that breakdown and why it was required, and also told us that we would be getting $940.00 refund of that $990, when our puppy arrives. After the additional deposits were made (though we were very suspicious, however, we were focusing on the puppy, ignoring that fact that this could be a scam.) That night the puppy was to be shipped and driven to our house the morning of 3/1. We wake up to an email from both Chun Murillo, and the Shipper that due to weather conditions, they airlines refused to board the puppy. Another e-mail comes stating the Shipper needs an additional $205, because the puppy at all the food, and for handling fee, to be immediately deposited into his account via Western Union, central Africa. Before I saw that e-mail, my husband already went and made that deposit. Next step (and many e-mails going back & forth) the puppy was going to be on a flight late tomorrow night, and brought to us early morning today, 3/2. After several e-mails to them were avoided, finally the Shipper says the puppy didn't make it on the flight, because he is now ill. He supposedly went to the Vet that said he needed 5 separate vaccinations. Another $255.00 was to be deposited, even though we said NO MORE MONEY, and NO EXCUSES, but that we were to now think of the puppy and tried to put a guilt trip on us. Chun Murillo has yet to respond back to us. We refused to pay another cent, and I demanded the Vet's phone number, address, and location of the puppy, and that we will drive to St. Paul and pick him up and take him to our vet. Haven't heard a word from either one of them. I have saved all receipts, and all correspondence. I forgot to mention that all the while we're corresponding, I am getting many discrepancies from both breeder and shipper, also reminding us that we will get most of the money back. Truthfully, I was thrilled that the price was low, still not even thinking we're being scammed, until last night. After the news today, we're certain that there is no such puppy. I would also like to file a complaint against the Shipping Agent. Obviously, I've left out much of our back and forth correspondence and their discrepancies, trying to keep this as brief right now, until I hear further about this complaint. But the money that went directly to Chun Murillo of Tizzelbulldogshome.net is $1,450.00. And to the Shipper, Scott Rommel is $205.00.
One more thing, I kept asking both for shipping information, tracking number, flight number, exact times, etc, to no avail. Any time we ask about anything about specifics, we were ignored.
As of this minute, we still have not gotten a reply regarding our response about the puppy and the Vet.
I also, never got an answer to my question about what their relationship with bulkbulldogs.net
