I bought a few items from the store at Christmas and was talked into the VIP program by the sales clerk. I was NEVER told that there was a monthly $11.99 charge. I don't buy movies or CD's. I didn't notice the charges on my account so, my bad. When I called I did get someone who told me they would cancel my account but only after a five minute discussion of why I should keep the account. After much yelling and screaming of cancel this now did they finally cancel it. Seems the sales associates are told don't tell the clients about the monthly charge. Too many stories of this practice online. Will NEVER shop there again and telling everyone I know about this.
