I purchased a deal in November through Wowcher for £89 for 6 sessions of IPL treatments at Atelier M. I have only had two sessions done, and in the middle of treatment sessions, got an email from Wowcher that I can’t redeem my voucher anymore. The salon had only been opened since June the Company registration number is 08096050. After investigating from the neighboring shop owners, it has been closed about 3 weeks now. This salon owner had been cheated the customers with offers for top up sessions and extra areas to be treated by paying extra money to them. For example I paid £89 to Wowcher and at the Salon £215 for extra area to be treated. Wowcher has been kind enough to pay me £89 back. I need now to recover the extra £215 I paid at Salon, please see the receipt attached. I am not sure if this is planned fraud or of it’s due to insufficient profits in the business. But definitely the owner has to refund my money back.
